We strongly believe in “Good customer experience”, and has therefore a liberal refund policy. Under this policy:
If any defect is found in our print by the customer, we shalleither replace or rectify it without any additional charge. The defect includes any manufacturing defects such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches or fading.
The customer shouldwrite to us an email within 5 days from the receipt of the Orderwith the pictures of the damaged product at email@example.com; which then would be reviewed within 24 hours. If the product is found to be a manufacturing defect, we shall issue a Return Authorization Number to the customer after which he / she can return the products.
Valid refund requests will be processed within 7 working days and the amount would be refunded to the payment instrument used for the original transaction.
